COMMISSIONS: open

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • I can refuse a commission for any reason.

  • Commissioner must be 18 years or older to commission NSFW art.

  • References are needed for all comms.

  • I don't care what you do with your commission after it's delivered.

  • I reserve the right to upload commissions to my portfolio & social media.

  • Commissions, if posted, will be posted as “commission for anonymous.”

  • Delivery deadline: 7 days.

PAYMENT

  • I take full payment upfront via Paypal or Venmo in USD.

  • After confirming a commission, there is a 24 hour grace period for refunds.

  • Refunds will not be permitted after the grace period.

COPYRIGHT

  • retain all rights to the commissioned work and can publicly feature artwork however I wish.

  • Commissioner may reupload my artwork with or without credit to my twitter @inuavi or @oyasumiavi

  • Commissioners do not have the right to mint/sell commissions as an NFT or submission to an AI database.

By availing my services, you, as the client, have read and agreed to all the conditions stated on my Terms of Service.Violating the Terms of Service will result in the one who committed the violation being blacklisted, and will not be transacted with in the future.

PROCESS

DM inuavi or oyasumiavi on Twitter to request a commission with the following:

  1. Type of commission (ie; half body, sketch, one subject, no background)

  2. Character info (ie; name, origin, species, personality, etc)

  3. Character(s) poses and references*

  4. Your wishes, ideas, & guidelines.

Being as in depth as possible is a big help, we can also discuss it together!Please be as clear as possible, as i want to complete the process with an accurate interpretation of your request.

  • After the 24 hour grace period has passed, I will send a WIP of the sketch before proceeding with the final piece.

  • Once the sketch has been approved by you, I will proceed to line art and coloring (whichever applies to your commission tier. )

  • If my questions/messages are left answered for more than 4 days, i will continue working on the commission without feedback.

  • I will send as many progress photos wanted upon request.
